Account Information: When you create an account, I collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through our OAuth-based login system.

Profile Information: Information you voluntarily provide for your CloserCard profile, including your professional title, years of experience, skills, niches, career statistics, and profile photo.

Sales and Deal Data: Deal information you enter into the platform, including deal amounts, client names, stages, commissions, and related notes.

Call Recordings and Transcriptions: Audio recordings you upload for analysis, along with AI-generated transcriptions, scores, and insights derived from those recordings.

CRM Data: When you connect third-party CRM platforms (such as Close, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel), I access and sync deal and contact data as authorized by your CRM integration settings.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. I store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status. I do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details.

Usage Data: I collect anonymized usage analytics to improve the Service, including pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns.

3. How I Use Your Information

I use the information I collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including AI-powered call analysis, deal tracking, portfolio building, and commission calculations. Process your subscription payments and manage your account. Generate AI insights, scores, and recommendations based on your uploaded recordings and deal data. Sync data with your connected CRM platforms as configured by you. Communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests. Ensure the security and integrity of the Service. Comply with legal obligations.

4. AI Processing and Data Analysis

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze call recordings, generate transcriptions, provide performance scores, and deliver actionable insights. Your recordings and transcriptions are processed by AI models to provide these features. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should be reviewed by you before relying on it. I do not use your recordings or personal data to train general-purpose AI models. Your data is processed solely to deliver the Service to you.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

I do not sell your personal information. I may share your information with the following categories of third parties:

Payment Processor: Stripe processes all payments. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

CRM Platforms: When you connect a CRM integration, data flows between the Service and your CRM platform as configured by you. This is subject to the respective CRM platform's privacy policy.

Cloud Infrastructure: Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure providers that maintain industry-standard security certifications.

AI Service Providers: Call recordings may be processed by AI service providers for transcription and analysis. These providers process data under strict data processing agreements.

Legal Requirements: I may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Finding Freedom LLC, its users, or the public.

6. Data Security

I implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

I retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription or delete your account, I will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements. Call recordings and associated data will be deleted upon account termination unless you request earlier deletion.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information: the right to access the personal data I hold about you; the right to request correction of inaccurate data; the right to request deletion of your data; the right to data portability (receiving your data in a structured, machine-readable format); the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and the right to object to certain processing activities. 9. Cookies and Tracking

The Service uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. These cookies are necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. 10. Call Recording Consent

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the recording of telephone calls and conversations, including obtaining any required consent from call participants before recording. The Service provides tools for analyzing recordings you upload, but I do not initiate, control, or monitor the recording process. You represent and warrant that all recordings uploaded to the Service were obtained in compliance with applicable laws.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If I become aware that I have collected personal information from a child under 18, I will take steps to delete that information promptly.

12. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions where I or my service providers operate.
